Our training programmes create opportunities for positive behaviour change that reduces the impact of deprivation. We offer training in:

To develop our training programmes we examine the brief, conduct research and draw on our own experiences to design training that meets the needs of target groups. We develop and deliver training for clients across the country in the public, private and third sector. We can offer training in a range of locations, including on-site training to your staff or customers, regardless of your location. We also offer a flexible approach to delivery times as we understand that some teams can only access training early morning or in the evening.
We employ a range of active teaching methods that acknowledge and compliment different learning styles. This maintains involvement and interest of all the trainees throughout the programme. Evaluation and feedback is a key element of all of our training programmes. We strive to deliver high quality training so we continuously review and respond to feedback.
