We are taking part in the North East Better Health at Work Awards (BHAWA) and are aiming for our silver award this year. As part of the BHAWA’s Big 10 Challenge we decided to create a healthy eating recipe book!
We asked staff to submit their favourite healthy recipes and created our Tasty 10 Recipe Book which has 10 breakfast, 10 lunch, 10 main and 10 dessert healthy recipes. We also included the Eatwell Plate, information in regards to food labels, recommended daily calories for men and women, advice on portion sizes, along with a sample food diary and a handy conversion chart.
The recipe book has been printed in a handy A5 booklet and copies given to all staff.
