The aim of this course is to help people understand their current levels of resilience but to also give them some tools to maintain and improve their own emotional resilience.

- Assess your resilience traits.
- Understand resilience.
- Recognise the indicators of stress and identify sources of support.
- Identify practical steps we can take to build resilience.
